Every player gets tracked using our Football Quotient (FQ) system - a way to measure what matters most:
Physical Capacity - Speed, endurance, agility
Technical Quality - Ball skills, weak foot, 1v1 ability
Game Confidence - Decision-making, composure under pressure
We measure what we can test directly (physical and technical). Game intelligence shows up in matches and 1v1s - we track it through observation.
The key: We don't compare your child to others. We show them how they're improving against themselves. Week 1 baseline → Week 8 progress.

UEFA A & Elite Youth A-licensed. Co-founder of Ennis Town Football Academy. 16 years coaching at the Limerick-based FAI Regional Centre of Excellence. Former Limerick FC assistant manager and U19 head coach. Treaty United Academy Manager.

Former professional player (UK, France, Ireland: Shamrock Rovers, Sligo Rovers, Limerick FC). BSc Sport & Exercise Science (nearly 20 years applying to coaching). LOI U21 head coach, Kennedy Cup, ETP coordinator.
Creator of the PlayerBuilder app and FQ framework.
Both coaches currently work together as manager and assistant at Aisling Annacotty AFC.
