We work with every player who's ready to commit to 8 weeks of development - both Friday sessions and home practice during the week.

What Happens Next
7 Days Before Block Starts:

- ✓ Week 1 home training plan
First Friday (Feb 20):
- ✓ Arrive 4:40 PM for check-in
- ✓ Sessions run 4:45-6:15 PM
- ✓ Every player gets initial assessment
- ✓ Home practice plan provided for week ahead
Throughout the 8 Weeks:
- ✓ Friday group sessions (coach-led, in-person)
- ✓ App-guided home practice (6 days per week, player-led)
- ✓ Weekly progress updates to parents
- ✓ Mid-block FQ check-in (Week 4)
- ✓ Final FQ report (Week 8)

Spots are allocated in order of registration. Once we hit 32 players or reach January 31st (whichever comes first), registration closes.
We maintain this limit to ensure individual attention for every player, proper coach-to-player ratio (max 16:1), and quality feedback and tracking.
Early registration recommended - we expect spots to fill before the deadline.
